Info Lowongan Kerja Simuelue - Finance Officer

Administers bank accounts and ensures the maintenance of appropriate cash and bank accounting systems (cash, bank, receivables, payables, inventories) ; Follows up receivables which are under the direct responsibility of the Finance Officer; Keeps daily cash and bank records in Winpaccs Cash Books/Bank Books, maintains the electronical files, exports the data on an agreed time schedule and makes the data available for the Accountant for further processing; Keeps track of the bank balances and prepares, when necessary, the draft fund request to Bonn and hands it over to the Project Administrator and/or Head of Project; Makes a pre-budgeting of expenditures on the vouchers and in the cash-/bank books according to the different project budgets and introductions of the Project Administrator; Implements a complete financial administrative system according to Welthungerhilfe standards; Ensures that all staff is paid in time according to a correct payroll, which is prepared by the Accountant and other assignments in accordance to the respective Head of Project; Ensures the availability of duty travel approval and travel reports (national and international staff); Ensures that payments are only done after all required documents are available (Welthungerhilfe standards and procedures); Maintains the filing system for financial records (using Indexes and List of Files); Trains staff and sub-ordinates in financial and administrative records and procedures and keep them updated on all changes / new introductions; Prepares financial reports as required by Head of Project, Administrator or Office Manager; Ensures the strict separation between the projects which are the responsibility of the Finance Officer. Qualification: Education: Cashier or Accounting Diploma or equivalent, or substantial field experience in financial administration or relevant work experience; Working experience: Working experience in a financial/administr ative position; Computer competence in Microsoft Office; Special skills: Ability to work as part of a team, adaptable & resourceful, good communication skills, methodical and disciplined approach to work, analytical and problem solving skills, numeric skills, diplomacy, report writing skills; Personality requirements: Hard working, ability to motivate and develop skills of others, attentive to detail, co-operative, good humour; Language skills: Bahasa Indonesia, English (written & spoken;) Acehnese (recommended) Harap cantumkan di depan surat lamaran anda ( disebutkan posisi yang anda lamar ) dan daftar riwayat hidup beserta tiga buah referensi.
